จำนวนสถานบริการในจังหวัดเพชรบุรี ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับสถานบริการจะอ้างอิงตาม พระราชบัญญัติสถานบริการ พ.ศ. 2509 ซึ่งมีมาตรา 3 กำหนดประเภทของสถานบริการไว้ 4 ประเภทหลัก ได้แก่ 1. สถานบริการตามมาตรา 3(1): คือสถานเต้นรำ รำวง หรือรองเง็ง 2. สถานบริการตามมาตรา 3(2): คือสถานที่จำหน่ายสุรา น้ำชา หรือเครื่องดื่มอื่นๆ โดยมีผู้บำเรอปรนนิบัติลูกค้า 3. สถานบริการตามมาตรา 3(3): คือสถานอาบน้ำ นวด หรืออบตัว ซึ่งมีผู้บริการให้กับลูกค้า (ยกเว้นสถานพยาบาล หรือสถานประกอบการเพื่อสุขภาพตามที่กำหนด) 4. สถานบริการตามมาตรา 3(4): คือสถานบริการประเภทอื่นตามที่รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงมหาดไทยกำหนด ซึ่งต้องมีการแจ้งต่อพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่เมื่อตั้งขึ้น
