Rapid Sequence Induction and Intubation (RSII) เป็นเทคนิคที่วิสัญญีแพทย์ใช้เพื่อใส่ท่อช่วยหายใจได้อย่างรวดเร็ว ซึ่งปกติวิสัญญีแพทย์ใช้ในกรณีที่ผู้ป่วยมีความเสี่ยงต่อการสูดสำลักลงปอด ด้วยการให้ยาสลบและยาหย่อนกล้ามเนื้อที่ออกฤทธิ์เร็วและหลีกเลี่ยงการช่วยหายใจผ่านทางหน้ากาก
